Policy on Shipping and Returns

Shipping loss or damage

If you experience a loss or damage to a shipment, you must notify Astra Sports immediately via email at info@goastrasports.com (within 3 days) so that we can file a claim for restitution. We use UPS to ship our products, so any UPS-related issues are not the responsibility of Astra Sports. We will provide any necessary documents or information needed to help with the UPS investigation, which should be conducted by the customer. If the customer has opted for insurance coverage, they should be aware that it does not cover packages with delivered status. In this case, they should contact UPS directly. Insurance will cover lost or damaged packages if UPS determines it was lost or damaged.

Shipping delays

We apologize for the inconvenience due to our high volume of orders. We are doing our best to ship all orders in the order they are received. If you have any questions, our customer service representatives are ready to help. You can reach out to us via email or telephone, though we are experiencing a high call volume so please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Shipping and delivery time

When ordering from us, you’ll be able to view the shipping cost and get an estimate of delivery times during the checkout process. We partner with UPS to offer competitive rates. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground and generally arrive within 7-10 days after the order is placed. You’ll receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed; peak volumes may cause delays in delivery.

Restrictions and Carrier Restrictions

Due to state restrictions, Astra Sports cannot sell or ship ammunition, ammunition components or air guns to some states.  Please see Ammo & Air Gun Shipping Restrictions for more details.

Returns Policy

At Astra Sports we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns for general merchandise, air guns, and/or accessories are accepted. Most new, unused, unopened items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for exchanges or a full refund. A 20% restocking fee will apply for any return. You are responsible for any shipping, handling, and insurance cost associated with the return. We shall inspect all returned products and reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges.

If the return is a result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

If you need to return a qualified item, please contact us at info@goastrasports.com or call us at 281-719-0444 with your order number and reason for your return. We’ll respond quickly with instructions on how to proceed and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be assigned. Please note that any products that are returned without an RMA number will not be refunded. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund.

Additional, due to safety concerns and regulations, we are not able to offer or returns of ammunition and/or ammunition components; all sales of ammunitions and ammunitions components from Astra Sports are final.

Cancellation Policy
